APM 556D Dust Sampler is a dual filter air sampler for the simultaneous collection of the fine (PM2.5) and coarse (PM10-2.5) fractions contained within PM10. Split flow of a specially designed virtual impactor enables separation of the fine and coarse fractions that are collected simultaneously on separate 47mm diameter filters. It is thus possible to chemically analyze the coarse and fine fractions present in PM10 for source apportionment and health impact studies. 
An ambient air temperature sensor and barometric pressure sensor have been provided to automatically provide temperature and pressure correction while reporting flow rate in volumetric flow units. As the system uses a Mass Flow Sensor flow rate readings are unaffected by changes in pressure drop across the filter due to dust loading. An additional filter pressure sensor is also provided to continuously monitor and record the filter pressure and the system terminates the sample collection if the pressure drop across the filter exceeds a safe limit.

This Personal Dust Sampler is designed for accurate measurement of airborne dust exposure in occupational and industrial environments. With an adjustable flow rate of 0.2 to 3.0 LPM, it ensures reliable personal sampling for compliance and health assessment.

This dichotomous air sampler is designed for PM₁₀ size-selective sampling using a PM10 impactor inlet. It uses an oil-less vacuum pump with active mass flow control to maintain a constant 16.7 LPM flow rate. The sampler continuously monitors temperature, pressure, and flow parameters, with USB data transfer in Excel format. It supports manual and automatic operation, user-defined alarms, leak check facility, and accommodates 47 mm filters.

In APM560 Respirable Dust Sampler Respirable Dust Sampler, ambient air is passed through filter paper using highflow suction blower through smooth inner surface inlet pipe and passthorough a cyclone having smooth inner surface which separates theparticulate mattersin two fractions (above 10 microns and upto 10microns) as per standard method. The respirable dust (up to 10microns)directly get deposited on 8 x 10” standard size filter paperand the coarser dust (above 10 microns) collected in the cup fittedunder the cyclone. A battery operated programmable digital timer isthepart of the instrument to automate the operation of the instrument asper requirement of the field monitoring. A power operated timetotalizer connects with the blower to records the total sampling time. Atfront of the sampler a flow rate (m3 /min) can be read from manometerscale fixed with manometer tube. The instrument has the features foreasy operation and suitable for outdoor field use. Blower has low noiseand no maintenance required except cleaning of the blower. RequiredConsumables and accessories are supplied with the sampler for easyoperation.
